Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned in TDS, ITT.
(b) The Minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electromechnical Goods and related services as Supplier Shall be 05(Five) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of minimum 01 No Fire hydrant,protection and detection system successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, with a value of at least 350.00 (Three crore fifty lac) under a single contract in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 350.00 lac (Three crore fifty lac) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PG3-8 form. The certificate submitted along with the tender must be issued within tender publication and submission date.
(e) The minimum supply capacity of 1 No fire hydrant,protection and detection system with Engine driven,motor driven and jockey pump system per year.
(f) The Tenderer must possess and submit up to date valid trade license, A, B & C Category Supervisory & Contactor’s license, VAT Registration certificate & Income tax clearance certificate.
(g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
