Eligibility criteria:
• Minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience of related works.
• Must have the experience certificate in successfully completion of Electrical works from any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh by a single contract TK. 5.50 Lakh (at least ) during the last 05 (Five) years. The experience certificate shall have issued by-
i) Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD, In case of the work done under PWD.
ii) If the work done under any other Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Organization than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer equivalent or above the Executive Engineer of PWD and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
• Annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 50.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years.
• Updated Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
• Valid ABC/BC/C category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank TK. 8.00 Lakh in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) Only, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the original deadline for submission of Tender.
• Authorization of proposed items are: Street Light, Busbar, Cable,Circuit Breaker, Light Fittings etc.
• Site Visit Report Signed by Project Manager on Tenderer Business Pad.
