Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
a) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger Lift and related services of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 19.00 lac.
c) Availability of minimum financial resources in any form or combination of forms of liquid assets or credit line(s) or working capital, net of other contractual commitments of the amount is Tk. 30.00 Lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-7)]
d) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is 01 No. Passenger Lift per year over the last 05 (Five) years.
e) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Certificate (BIN), Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
f) Up-to-date ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
g) Manufacturer Authorization of Lift.
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS & Tender documents.
