Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer is required to have a single work order in BADC within the last Five financial years TK. 35 (Thirty Five) lakhs should have similar work experience.
b) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date.
c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 35 (Thirty Five) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. The work order and completion certificates of the completed works during last 5 ( five) years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount / the document submitted.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities for the Tenderer shall be TK 38 (Thirty eight) Lakhs in last 6 ( six) months before published the tender notice. For credit facilities, sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.
e) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter for pump motor & MPPT pump motor controller with proper attestation.
f) Manufacturer's original catalogue/brochure with all required information and performance curve of the solar DC surface pump motor and technical papers must be submitted along with the offer for technical evaluation purpose. No Photocopy will be accepted.
g) ISO and EN Standardization Certificate with proper attestation of the Manufacturer for pump motor.
h) Tenderer's full address with phone, fax & e-mail: to be mentioned.
i) Sample of Motor, MPPT Controller, Solar Panel & uPVCpipe will be collected in Executive Engineer Office, BADC, Rangamati. Samples will be sent to Test for BUET/CUET/RUET/MIST. Before bill payment Tenderer must submit satisfactory Test report.
