Eligibility criteria:
Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer
a) Jhiri Bandh is a kind of water control structure used for Irrigation purpose. It has multiple purpose beside irrigation. Thre tenderer is required to have a single work order in BADC within the last five financial years anywhere in the three hill districts TK. 17 (Seventeen) lakhs should have similar work experience. Only experience of construction of Jhiri bandh in BADC will be accepted.
b) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submite proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption
c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 20 (Twenty) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. The work order and completion certificates of the completed works during last 5 ( five) years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount / the document submitted
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities for the Tenderer shall be 20 (Twenty) Lakhs in last 6 ( six) months before published the tender notice. For credit facilities, sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.
