* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor a satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. R.C.C road/ bituminous carpeting road construction works of Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization at least Tk 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lakh) under 01 (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the newspaper.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 49,00,000.00 (Forty Nine Lakh).
4) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1,07,00,000.00 (One Crore Seven Lakh).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Nilphamari PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
