Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
(b) A satisfactory completion of Sinking of Deep Tube Well (100 mm x 200 mm dia GI pipe) with a value of TK. 25.00 Lac in a single contract within last 5 years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 Lac over the last 5 (Five) year. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (Must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of the tender shall be Tk. 20.00 Lac.
(e) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 31.00 Lac. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
(f) The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
