Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer must have a satisfactory completion record of similar works of a minimum Tk 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for any Electricity Generation/Distribution/Transmission Company or BPDB/REB under a single contract in the last three years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Work Completion Certificate stating the final contract price (as executed) must be submitted as documentary evidence in support of the work completion record otherwise the tenderer will be considered non-responsive. NOA, Work order, or Contract agreement is not acceptable as proof of work completion.
b) The testing laboratory shall have the national or International Accreditation and this accreditation certificate shall be submitted along with the tender.
c) The tenderer has to submit an authorization letter from the organization which has Laboratory facilities for Transformer Oil Test or a declaration letter from the Tenderer that they have their own Laboratory facilities for Transformer Oil Test where the Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) test will be carried out.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 1,75,000.00 (One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Taka) on or after the Tender publication date. Supporting document stating the amount must be submitted otherwise, the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.
