Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Flat Flexible Submersible Cable or related goods of minimum Tk.1.0 Crore under minimum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) && ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit minimum 03 (three) meter sample of each item i.e. 3x4 mm sq.and 3X6 mm sq. of Flat Flexible Submersible Cable with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi.Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license,income tax clearance certificate,TIN certificate,VAT registration certificate.
