Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 966666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 966666 ~ 2900000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Import Registration certificate (IRC).
b) Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of similar works experience of supplying & installation of EH Oil pump with minimum amount of Tk. 10,00,000/- (Ten lac) in a single Contract in any Government / Semi-government/ Autonomous Organization.
c) Tenderer must have average annual turnover of an amount of Tk. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Lac taka) within last 5 years.
d) Tendere will have to submit a manufacturer authorization certificate and country of origin certificate of quoted item.
e) Tendere will have to submit a warranty certificate of 12 Months.
f) Tenderer will have to submit a declaration letter that the goods are new, unused and genuine in good condition and will fit properly without any modification of the existing system.
g) Tendere will have to submit manufacturer product catalog, model selection chart, Dimensional drawing, manufacturer authorization, datasheet, spare parts books which available along with the offer.
The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
a) Country of origin certificate along with import documents like bill of lading/ airway bill, country of origin certificate, packing list, assessment copy must be supplied during delivery of ordered goods for checking authenticity of newly imported items.
