Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Tube Settler/ Filter) to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac.
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods of at least 200% of offered value per year within last 03 (Three) years.
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
(1) Tenderer shall have to submit a certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities confirming that, offered goods must meet the design specification which has been used in existing system and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
(2) Tenderer must submit a sample [(1' x 1') or any suitable dimension] as per mentioned specification along with Submitted Document at PE office or office of Chief Engineer (Generation), BPDB, Dhaka within the tender closing date and time.
(3) Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee/ Warranty Certificate.
(4) To establish the conformity of the Goods, Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods (Form e-PG3-4) shall be properly filled by the tenderer. {ITT 26 (b)}
(5) Necessary technical data sheet, drawing and leaflets/catalogue (Supported by Manufacturer) in English language including storing guidelines shall submit along with the tender.
