Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date ABC electric License, Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate.
b) Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of similar works experience of supplying & installation of PAC Dozing pump a minimum amount of Tk. 10,00,000/- (Ten lac) in a single Contract in any Government / Semi-government/ Autonomous Organization.
c) Tenderer must have average annual turnover of an amount of Tk. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Lac taka) within last 5 years.
d) Tenderer must have submitted a written commitment that they commissioning the existing PAC system modification/replaced by new pump with motor set and auxiliaries (diaphragm style pressure regulating valve, surge tank, pressure gauge, non-return valve etc.) as per PE satisfaction
e) Tenderer will have to submit declaration that the goods are new, unused and genuine in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
f) Tendere must submit a warrenty certificate of 06 Months.
g) Tenderer must Quoted Trunk Key Basis Scope of Work & supply with in all Respect.
