Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of Spare Parts in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five Lakh Only) under a single contract in the last 36 (Thirty Six) months from the date of publication of this tender. For further details, please refer to the Section-I: 'Instructions to Tenderers (ITT)' clause 15.1 along with Section-II: 'Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate, Income Tax certificate or Acknowledgement Receipt of Income Tax Return of Latest Tax Assessment Year. b) Any other document that are required by the law of GoB to fulfil the supply and service.
