Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as a Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with in last 5(five ) years with a value of at least Tk 29,00,000.00(Twenty Nine Lakh).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c)The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50,00,000.00(Fifty Lakh) in the last 5(Five) years.Payment certificates for tenderer in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 45,00,000.00(Fourty Five Lakh).
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 38,00,000.00 (Thirty Eight Lakh)
(f) up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
(g) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC License.
