Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License;
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS.
(iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity licensing Board of Government of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender.
(v) TIN certificate
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i. The Tenderer is required to visit the project site prior to submission of the tender, failing which the tender shall be considered non-responsive. Before undertaking the site visit, the Tenderer must obtain written permission from the Sub-Divisional Engineer (E/M), PWD, Madaripur.
ii. The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence of the site visit along with the tender.
iii. The Tenderer shall submit detailed technical specifications of AC & PA system, relevant drawings & design developed based on the site visit. Failure to provide these documents may result in the tender being considered non-responsive.
The Tenderer shall submit all other mandatory documents as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
