Brief Description of Package: Construction of 4-Storied Building with 6-Storied foundation Madaripur Sadar Thana Building (Rural Type-1) (in/c. Civil, Sanitary & Electrification etc.) at Madaripur under the project of Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 110000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 330000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 110000000 ~ 330000000.
Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 15.00(Fifteen) Crore Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be Tk 3.00(Three) Crore.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 9.80 (Nine point Eight) Crore.
6. The Tenderer must submit with Tender :
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Turnover.
c. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.
d. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction.
All Necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone Number otherwise the Tenderer will be summarily rejected.
