2. Minimume 12 mm thick Plaster (1:4)
3. Minimune 6 mm thick celling plaster (1:4)
4. Providing clay wall tile facing strips (water absorption ratio below 4.5%) in superstructure With (200 mm x 62 mm x 16.51 mm) red strip
5. Exterior premium acrylic emulsion paint (Wheather coat) of approved best quality and color
6. Renewing of standard synthetic enamel paint to door-windows frame and shutter: 2 coat
7. Cleaning and refilling of wornout joints between glazed tiles
8. Repairing of steel grill/window frame and shutter (Without Materiles)
9. M.S. angle, T, and Z - section, Channel etc.
