Brief Description of Package: Kalkini Model Mosque_Civil Sanitary Internal EM Construction of Model Mosque under the project Establishing 560 Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centres in Zilla and Upazilla of Bangladesh one at Kalkini Upazila in Madaripur.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 3375000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 112500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 337500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 112500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 10(ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 800.00 Lac (Taka Eight Hundred Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 1600.00 Lac (Taka Sixteen Hundred Lac) in the last 5 (Five) years.Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 450.00 Lac (Taka Four Hundred Fifty Lac). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 950.00 Lac (Taka Nine Hundred Fifty Lac).
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) All Other conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
