* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14333333.

Eligibility criteria:
1.General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
2.Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion ofat least 01 (one) number of RCC framed structured Building with sanitary & electrification works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 100.00 Lac in a single contract.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 Lac over the last 5 (Five) year. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (Must bein the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of the tender shall be Tk. 35.00 Lac.
5.The Tender Capacity is Tk. 130.00 Lac. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
6.The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax & Up-to-date ABC &Electric Supervisory license.
