Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6266666 ~ 18800000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 3(Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in supply and installation of at least 01(one) 100 KVA sub-station, 01(One) 20 KVA Generator in a single or in diffent tenders successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.50.00 Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater than 148.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 36.00 Lakh (Must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 50.00 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-todate Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for proposed Sub-Station, Generator and Air Cooler to be supplied by Tenderer must be submitted along with the Tender in form of e-PG3-5.
8. Any duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
9. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Tenderer’s Diqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
