A) A1 category or 1st Class contractors/Firms Enlisted of any Goverment/Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh who are registered in the National e- GP portal and who has paid renewal fee for the financial year OF 2022-23, will be eligible and Tenderer who posseed with B) i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income TAX Clearence Certificate ii) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate C)The Tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK.125 lacs ( One Crore Twenty five lacs taka only) BDT of any schedule bank of Bangladesh in between the period of tender Publication to tender submission date. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i)Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c)For Credit line/ Credit commitment ii)Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional.D)The Contractor or Firms who have failed to complete their previous work in this Department in time i;e work in hand after passing due time is ineligible to participate in this tender., If anyone submit his tender will be Non- Responsive, according to the Instruction of 1) Honorable Prime Minister's office Memo No- 03.073.046.21.001.2018-259, dt:03.10.2019. 2) CPTU's Memo No-21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, dt: 10.10.2019, 2) Chief Engineer's Memo No-OM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666 dt:24.12.2019 ,E)If any contractor/Firm is involved in Fraudulent/Corrupt Practice in any Engineering Department of Bangladesh or Debarred in any Department of Bangladesh is ineligible to submit tender. If anyone submits result will be Non-Responsive.
