Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5333333 ~ 16000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer Shall have:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the related works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.60.00(Sixty) Lakh Only in any Govt., Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
3. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset Tenderer shall be TK 63.00(Sixty Three) Lakh Only. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG3-8.
4. A minimum Production Capacity= 63.000 Lakh Per Year(Total=5*63=315.000 Lakh)
5. Manufacture Authorisation Letter (From PG3-6)
6. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2024-25 or Up to Date (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), VAT Registration Certificate (up to date) & Valid Trade License (2024-2025) or Up to Date
7. Must be submitted Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.
8. Submitted Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
9. Submitted valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
10. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as Non-responsive.<
