Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
3. The Minimum Specific Experience or Similar as a prime contractor or subcontractor in Construction works for the Tenderer shall be at least 01(one) contract of similar nature (single work order) number amounting Tk. 20.00(Twenty Lac) in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with 100% percent financial progress or at least equal/greater than Tk. 20.00 Lac Only with successfully completed Work Completion Certificate) within last 05 (Five) Years .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac Only) over the last 5 (five) years (Total 25.00x5=125,00.00 One Crore Twenty Five Lac Only).(Only payment certificates are acceptable).
5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (Form e-PW2A-8).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 20,00,000.00 ( Twenty Lac Only).
