Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bonafide Tenders:
a) General experience: Reputed Main/Sub Contractors / Bonafide firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experiences.
b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of Similar Nature of LED Sign or Display /Interior or Special Light/Fresh Air System works amounting minimum Taka 85.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in any two tenders during the last 05 (Five) years.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 62.00 Lac over the last 5 years.
d) Updated Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
e) Valid ABC category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
f) The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 62.00 Lac in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) Only, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
g) Manufacturer Authorization as per TDS.
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS & Tender documents.
