Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration/BIN certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License.
b) Reputed Contractors / firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience.
c) Reputed Contractors /firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work (outsourcing of driver) in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 8.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 4.00 Lac. Others formats/documents are not acceptable.
e) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 8.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f) The tender capacity is Tk 11.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
g) Driver's salary must not be less than Tk 17620/- (Ref: As per order of ministry of finance vide memo-07.153.029.07.00.01.2019-259 date-10.6.2019 )
h) Service commission must not be less than 5%. (Ref: As per order of CPTU vide memo no- 21.00.0000.363.22.992.18-143 date 17/07/2019)
i) VAT must be 15% on Salary and Service Commission.
j) The tenderer will be invalid if quoted salary lies below the minimum value as per above mentioned terms and conditions.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
