Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in the supply of Water Treatment Chemicals within last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publishing of IFT in the e-GP).
The satisfactory completion of supply of Poly-Aluminium Chloride (PAC) Chemical in any Government owned organization amounting not less than BDT 28,00,000.00 (Twenty Eight lac Taka) in the last 4 (Four) years (as for specific experience) (Years counting backward from the date of publishing of IFT in the e-GP). However, satisfactory completion of supply of Poly-Aluminium Chloride (PAC) Chemical amounting less than BDT 5,00,000 (Five Lac Taka) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation.

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac.
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Chemical license (For both transport and supply), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
