Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro-Mechanical supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electro-Mechanical Equipments of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years amounting Tk. 60.00 lac under any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. Ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality/District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3) Must have Up to Date TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.60.00 lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this Tender. Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
5) All other required qualification, Special Terms & conditions of the Tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, PCC & Tender date Sheet (TDS) & of Tender documents. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted with the Tender.
6)5) Manufacturer's authorization/Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section has to be submitted in the designated fields.
