* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contactors/ Construction/Soil test firms having general experience in Soil Testing/Investigation works of minimum 05 (Five) year's [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of soil investigation works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than TK. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac over the last 5 (Five) financial years. 
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight) Lac.
(f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac.
g) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
h) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
i) Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
j) All Other Terms and Conditions have been Mentioned in the ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC of this tender.
