Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electrical/electromechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of similar nature (including operation and maintenance of pump) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 3.50 lac; (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(iii) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(iv) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(v) Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(vi) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(vii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 lac over the last 05 years.
(viii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 lac. Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the Tender.
(ix) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 4.00 lac
(x) All other conditions stated in the TDS & PCC of this tender.
