 The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter
The tenderer should submit a valid Incorporation Certificate, ISO 9001-2015
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents
 The tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 7 (seven) Lac only. 
 The tenderer should have a certified Passive Infrastructure Design & Implementation and Certified Design Professional engineer to make sure the standard quality of network infrastructure
The tenderer shall submit a Technical specification compliance sheet along with a reference datasheet.
 The tenderer should submit in-house engineers’ certificates on wireless technology of the proposed brand
 Having up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up-to-date Trade License Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
