* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
a) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger Lift and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lift) of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each with a value of at least Tk. 34.00 lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 42.00 Lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)]
d) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is Tk. 42.00 Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.
e) Update valid Trade License, VAT Certificate (BIN), Update income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
f) Upto Date ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
g) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agency-ship Certificate (Form e-PG3 - 5).
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
