Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) through Framework Contract - lot-1 for Sirajganj 225 MW CCPP (Unit-01).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 12000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of WTP or DM plant operational-related chemicals.
2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of water treatment & wastewater treatment Chemicals in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/ Any large Power Plant of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 04 (Four) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh Only). Years, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk BDT 41,00,000.00 (Forty-One Lakh Taka) only . To substantiate the financial criteria (hereinafter defined by the line of credit), Tender’s Bank shall use the unconditional specific credit commitment letter issued in the format as specified in FormePG3A-8 furnished in Section 6: drawings without alteration.
4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate.
