Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Security Service through Outsourcing for Khulna 225 MW CCPP, NWPCGL.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing security service personnel in public sector under maximum 02 (Two) contracts (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) completed over a period of 3 ( three) years with a value of at least of Tk 70,00,000.00 ( Seventy Lakh) shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer under Public sector (hereinafter defined by Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector) shall be at least an amount of Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only over the last 03 (Three) financial years.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources of the tenderer in the form of credit line commitment is 25,00,000.00 (Twenty-Five Lakh) only from any scheduled bank.
5. Minimum Threshold Limit of service provider's commission is 20%. Quoting less than the threshold shall constitute grounds for absolute rejection of the bid.
