Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall:
be a legally established entity with a valid Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT Registration Certificate and other applicable statutory documents;
demonstrate financial soundness by submitting a Bank Solvency Certificate and Bank Statement for the last three (3) months issued by a scheduled bank;
possess the technical capability and relevant experience to supply, install, commission and provide after-sales service for the specified goods;
submit the Manufacturer's Authorization (where the Tenderer is not the manufacturer) and documentary evidence of conformity of the offered goods with the Technical Specifications;
not be insolvent, bankrupt, under receivership, or debarred/declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh or the World Bank; and
comply with all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Tender Document.
