Eligibility criteria:
ITT 13.1(a)- The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 9 years.

ITT 13.1(b) - The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 7 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.9 crore.

ITT 13.1(c)- The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
Training bags/any kind of bags and at least same quantity of bags proposed under this package supply and/or production capacity per year
ITT 14.1(b)-The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2.55 crore
ITT 20.1(h) - Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024; Valid Trade License, TIN, BIN, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation (if applicable)
ITT 27.1(d)- The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 7 years.
ITT 27.1(h)- The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 3 years.
