Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall:
be a legally established entity with a valid Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT Registration Certificate and other applicable statutory documents;
demonstrate financial soundness by submitting a 3 years audited financial statements
possess the technical capability, qualified personnel, equipment and relevant experience to execute billboard fabrication, supply, installation and associated civil/structural works;
not be insolvent, bankrupt, under receivership, or debarred/declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh or the World Bank; and
comply with all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Tender Document.
