Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electrical/electromechanical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of electrical/electromechanical similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 28.00 (Twenty Eight) lac [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .
3) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
4) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
5) Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
6) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
7) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 60.00 (Sixty) lac over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Payment certificates in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted
8) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) Lac.
9) The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac.
10) All Other Terms and Conditions have been Mentioned in the ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC of this tender.
