Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector as Maintenance works of Office Buildings/Residential Buildings/Commercial Buildings etc. & Construction & Maintenance of Flexible Pavement Roads in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk.20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 12,00,000.00(Twelve Lakh).
4) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 24,00,000.00(Twenty Four Lakh).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Thakurgaon PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
