Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333333 ~ 400000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal..
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works must be at least one contract of 01 (one) no RCC framed structure building construction works (including civil, sanitary & internal electrical works) successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 crore (Tk nine crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 17.00 crore ( Tk seventeen crore only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or the average of the best five years over the last 10 financial years. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 05.00 crore (Tk five crore only) .
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 12.00 crore (TK twelve crore only).
6. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC / BC Electrical contractor and ABC / BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
7. All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
8. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
