Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar equipment in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lakh Only) under a maximum number of 2 (two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The minimum amount of credit line/ working capital/ liquid asset is BDT 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lakh Only) supported by Bank’s commitment letter, or bank statement.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate (13-digit e-BIN), Income Tax certificate or Proof of submission of Tax Return of latest applicable Tax Assessment Year. b) Product data sheets of the equipment and the major components, correction diagram/curve for calculating capacity, dimensional drawings etc. from the OEM, as documentary evidence of the specifications mentioned in Form e-PG3-4 [ as stated under ITT SubClause 22.1(j) ]. c) Any document that are required by the law of Government of Bangladesh to fulfil the supply of the goods and related service. d) Declaration from the Supplier in their letter-head pad confirming compliance to “Additional Terms & Conditions of the Contract” mentioned in Section-6 of the Tender Document and stating that this declaration shall be binding upon the Supplier and form part of the Contract. [a sample format for the letter is attached in Section-6 for reference]
