* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000 ~ 750000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 Lacs.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 Lacs in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in e-PW2A-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.75 Lacs
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk.2.50 lacs.
7. Up-to-date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity licensing Board of Government of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender.
8. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
