* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10833333 ~ 32500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in supply and installation of lift.
The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of similar nature of electrical/electro-mechanical Work (Supply and Installation of Lift) of not less than Tk= 110.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =120.00 Lac.
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) The Tenderer shall have IRC certificate for importing foreign equipment & materials.
5) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization letter, Technical Specification, Operation manual and Catalogue for proposed Lift.
6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.
