The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 600000.00 (Six lac) must be submitted
Vat Registration certificate must be submitted
Tender Security (Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) must be submitted
Bank Statement (22 July 2024- 21 May 2025) must be submitted
Specific Completion Certificate supported by NoA/work order (minimum 03 work order) supply of Brand-New Digital Photocopier must be submitted (as specified in ITT- 9.1).
Distributor ship Certificate with the tender must be Submitted. (2nd party certificate Will not be not accepted)
Original Catalogue of Offered Brand New Digital Photocopier must be submitted.
Authorization from Manufacturer (Authorization Letter must be according to the format given in (Form ePG3-5) must be submitted (Local authorization will not be accepted).
