Bank Statement (01 January 2025- 31 December 2025) must be submitted
Specific Completion Certificate with NOA Supply of Furniture must be submitted.
Catalogue/Image must be submitted offered all 38 Items
Authorization from Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer/Authorized importer/first-party distributor /channel partner (Authorization Letter must be according to the format given in (Form ePG3 – 5) must be submitted.
Same model of furniture offered in different order would not be Acceptable.
