Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Return Proof Document including Valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. A similar works (Painting and repairing work of pontoon/ship or similar type water vessel) of at least Tk. 14,00,000.00 (Fourteen Lakh) under single number of contract over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required [Years counting backyard from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12,00,000.00 ( Twelve Lakh) over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) years .
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh), which will be submitted in the prescribed format of Bangladesh Public Procurument Authority (BPPA).
