Eligibility criteria:
Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer:
a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bonafide firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experiences.
b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of Similar Nature works amounting minimum Taka 6.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years.
The above experience work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have issued by:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 Lac over the last 5 years.
d) Updated Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate(BIN).
e) Valid ABC/BC/C category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
f) The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 9.00 Lac in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit Only in Proper form, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
g) Authorization of proposed Item as per TDS.
