Brief Description of Package: The goods to be supplied are Important Agricultural Commodity Price List Exhibition Boards (Outdoor-Ready), made from rigid PVC foam board with a thickness of 5mm, sized 24 inches x 48 inches. These boards will feature outdoor-grade eco-solvent or UV ink digital prints that include essential price lists, market names, and other required information in Bangla. The boards will be weather-resistant, anti-glare, and UV-protected, ensuring durability in outdoor conditions such as humid or sunny environments. A premium weatherproof vinyl sticker (3M or equivalent) will be used for the surface.

Related services include delivery of the boards to designated field offices across the country under the Department of Agricultural Marketing, mounting assistance with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging, and the provision of a sample submission for approval,

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Copy of Valid Trade License (renewed for the 2024–2025 FY).
2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
3. Copy of Income Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
4. Proof of VAT Submission (latest VAT return acknowledgment or payment slip).
5. Proof of Income Tax Submission (income tax return for 2023–2024, including acknowledgment receipt/payment slip).
6. Specific Experience Certificate (proof of at least one similar contract completed in the last 3 years, with a minimum value of BDT 6,00,000, mentioning contract amount, description, and client's contact details; only Government Organization contracts accepted).
7. General Experience Evidence (copy of work orders/contract agreements for the last 3 years).
8. Bank Solvency Certificate (issued within the last 6 months by a scheduled bank).
9. Letter of Credit Commitment (certifying available credit facility of minimum BDT 8,00,000).
10. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (if applicable, for non-manufacturers of PVC boards or vinyl stickers).
11. Sample Submission Declaration (confirming that sample exhibition boards will be provided for inspection if required).
12. Technical Compliance Statement (written, signed, and stamped statement confirming compliance with all technical specifications).
13. Company Information (company name, year of establishment, type of business, address, contact number, and names of key personnel).
14. Litigation History Declaration (confirming no ongoing litigation that affects delivery or performance).
15. Photocopy of National ID (NID) of the Proprietor/Owner or Authorized Signatory.
16. Power of Attorney/Authorization Letter (if signed by an authorized representative).
17. Printing Facility Proof (written declaration mentioning the printing facility name and address).
