Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall be a legally established entity with valid capacity to enter into contract under the laws of Bangladesh, having valid Trade License, TIN and VAT Registration (BIN), and shall have fulfilled all obligations relating to payment of taxes and duties. The Tenderer shall have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in supply of goods and specific experience of successfully completing at least 01 (one) similar contract for the supply of office stationery items within the last 03 (three) years with a value not less than BDT 8,00,000. [Eight Lakh] The Tenderer shall have adequate financial capacity demonstrated by Bank Solvency Certificate and Line of Credit as specified in the Tender Data Sheet. The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility, debarment or suspension, shall not have conflict of interest, and shall not be insolvent, bankrupt or engaged in any legal proceedings that may affect its ability to perform the contract, in accordance with the provisions of ITT Clauses 5, 12, 13 and 14.
