* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1160000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3480000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1160000 ~ 3480000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of similar goods such as computer equipment, peripherals, or IT-related products to Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations. The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory completion of at least one (01) contract of similar nature, complexity, and value of not less than BDT 9,66,000.00 (Nine Lakh Sixty Thousand) within the last 03 (three) years. Only contract agreements with Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations shall be accepted.
The Tenderer shall possess a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate, and must demonstrate a minimum liquid asset or working capital of BDT 13,50,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh Fifty Thousand) supported by a bank credit commitment certificate issued within 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to tender submission. All offered goods must be brand new, unused, and compliant with the Schedule of Requirements. The Tenderer shall ensure delivery, installation, and testing within the specified period and must be capable of providing on-site after-sales service and warranty support. Required documents include Authorization Letter, updated Trade License, VAT and Tax Certificates, Bank Solvency, Liquid Asset Certificate, Experience Certificates, Manufacturer’s Authorization, Warranty Certificate, Legal Declaration, Product Catalogue, etc. as stated in the tender document.
