* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. boundary wall construction works/retaining wall construction works/building construction works of Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization at least Tk. 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.
2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty five Lakh).
4) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lakh).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Rangpur PBS-1 HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
